Derek Jeter - DJ3K

Air Jordan, long time sponsor of Derek Jeter has come out with the neatest gift to honor Jeter in his quest for 3,000 hits. (He is currently at 2,998).  Made specially for Jeter and not available to the public.  Jordan has created a line called DJ3K with turfs, cleats, and batting gloves.  The turf shoes are in his high school colors, to represent where he started his career, and the liners in both pairs of shoes feature a contract he made with his dad before he started high school.

The best part is the note to Jeter on the front of the box written by the Air Jordan team.  It truly sums up why he is one of the most respected players in baseball.
